In a snug atmosphere, the culinary talents of Stéphane PUGEAUT, our chef, and the dignified presence of Simon Biron, our restaurant floor manager, combine to create a unique dining experience in Les Sables d'Olonne.

Romuald composes mouth-watering dishes with tastes that switch between land and sea; it is a style of cooking that places local products to the fore, highlighting their quality and freshness.

Le Sloop restaurant is open all year round to both hotel guests and members of the general public, but only for evening meals (reservation recommended).

The restaurant is closed on Fridays and Sundays every week from October to the end of March; it also closes during the Christmas holidays every year
