You can find us at 5 Promenade Georges Godet on the sea front; the hotel can be accessed via Boulevard Castelnau or Avenue Paul Doumer (the seafront now has a one-way system).   Payment methods: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Banker’s Cheque, ‘chèques vacances’ (holiday cheques) issued by ANVC, gift vouchers from Châteaux et Hôtels Collection   Depending on the time of year, our booking service will either ask you to pay a deposit or to provide a bank guarantee (the hotel reserves the right to request a credit card pre-authorisation before your date of arrival).    Arrival/Departure: 14:00/12:00   Additional information: If requested, we can provide an extra bed/cot for certain rooms or twin beds.    Pets are allowed in the hotel (extra charge) but only on the understanding that they are on their best behaviour.    Special breakfast rate for children (aged 7 or under)   Parking: Parking spaces are available in front of the hotel (free of charge) or in the Place de Strasbourg (100m away).  It is also possible to rent a garage space within 200m of the hotel.  There is a luggage drop-off point directly in front of the hotel.
